We are looking for a commercially savvy and highly analytical Demand Planner to join the business at time of double digit growth. You will play a critical role in forecasting demand, optimising inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs. By leveraging data analysis, market trends, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and update demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, promotions, and new product launches.
* Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align forecasts.
* Monitor sales performance and inventory levels.
* Collaborate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Use statistical models and demand planning software to enhance forecast accuracy.
Requirements
* Proven experience in demand planning, supply chain, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
* Strong analytical skills with profi ciency in Excel, forecasting tools, and ERP systems.
* Knowledge of statistical forecasting methods and data analysis.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work eff ectively across departments.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related fi eld
