Jubilee is looking for a talented Sous Chef to join one of the many award-winning kitchen teams at a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The role:
* Supporting the Head Chef in leading and inspiring the kitchen team
* Ensuring consistency and excellence across all dishes
* Taking a creative role in menu planning and development
* Maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
* Training, mentoring, and developing junior chefs
About you:
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a 3 AA rosette setting (Or a Junior Sous looking to step up)
* Passion for fresh, seasonal, locally sourced food
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organised, reliable, and a true team player
* Driving desirable due to our location in the Cotswolds
