Responsibilities
:
1. Providing the best customer service at all time
2. Looking after guests. Taking orders. Serving food and drinks.
3. Ensuring safe food handling and full HACCP compliance
4. Actively live Donnybrook Fair brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food
5. Day to day cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant and bar.
6. Assist customers with queries regarding all food and drinks
7. Strong attention to detail, organized and flexible
The ideal candidate will have/be:

8. Previous Restaurant/Bar or similar experience is required for this role
9. HACCP training is desirable
10. Excellent customer service skills
11. Excellent communication skills
12. Ability to work as part of the team
13. Passion for food
14. Barista training is desirable but not necessary
