Senior / Principal Planner – Leeds, Yorkshire
£40,000 – £50,000 DOE | Hybrid working | Employee-owned practice

Your Role
* Lead and manage planning projects, coordinating team members and technical inputs
* Prepare planning appraisals, site assessments, and policy analysis
* Promote sites through the Local Plan process, producing representations, hearing statements, and advocacy reports
* Prepare tenders and proposals, contributing to business development
* Mentor junior team members and support their development
What You’ll Need
* 4–5+ years’ experience in planning (consultancy or local authority)
* MRTPI (or working towards Chartered status)
* Degree in Urban/Town Planning, Built Environment, or related field
* Strong grasp of policy-led planning and the Local Plan process
* Organised, confident managing projects, and comfortable engaging with clients
