Sales and Commercial Focus
The role involves driving sales, managing stock, and ensuring financial performance to raise vital funds for the charity. You will oversee the warehouse and ensure all shops receive the necessary stock required to maintain a fully functioning retail outlet, overseeing six shops. Excellent merchandising skills are required.
Operational Duties
Key responsibilities include managing daily shop operations, ensuring high standards of presentation, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. Maintain daily and weekly reconciliation of finances. Liaise with staff on H&S and keep records filed correctly. Provide a confidential approach to any health concerns regarding the charity or staff.

Hours – 8:45 am – 4:45 pm, 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.
