WHAT YOULL DO Lead the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer service
Deputise for the Store Manager and keep daily operations running smoothly
Resolve any customer issues by maintaining our Brilliant reputation
Coach and motivate the team to hit high standards in service and sales
Cash handling & accuracy: end-of-day checks, banking, admin
Stock support: ordering, deliveries, supplier coordination
Improve how we work: suggest and help implement better ways of doing things (tech/systems)
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Retail leadership experience (Supervisor/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager)
Warm, confident communicator who builds trust with customers
Organised, accurate, efficient and happy in a busy environment
Trustworthy with confidentiality and financial responsibility
Comfortable with technology and open to change
Weekend availability as part of the rota
