1. Serve as the first point of contact for public enquiries across Public Realm services, including email, phone, and personal contact.
2. Maintain comprehensive records of interments, assets, allotment sites, tenancy/license details, waiting lists, and more.
3. Lead the administration and support of the allotment service and arboricultural assets.
4. Collaborate with other Customer Service Co-ordinators to effectively administer services like Allotments, Bereavement, Parking, Engineering, and PR Assets.
