Who we are looking for… *A Level 2 or Level 3 QUALIFIED Early Years Educator* *You must have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel special and loved.* *You must be able to laugh at jokes that you don’t understand, or you don’t find funny. Child humour can be a confusing minefield to navigate *The ability to sing in tune is not necessary, however the ability to sing out of tune in front of a crowd is essential.* *You must be able to distribute warm hugs as required.* *Having the skills to rapidly count the heads of numerous moving children is of utmost importance.* *Must be comfortable entering public places on your way home from work with unknown substances on your clothing.* *The ability to remember the names of not only children but their special toys and their pets is key *You must have an understanding that the children you have a strong relationship with during the week, may completely and utterly refuse to talk to you when you see them at your local shop.
