Job Description: SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary) at Woodfield School
Woodfield School, part of Henry David Learning Trust, is seeking a motivated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our community. This full-time, permanent role is based on a term-time schedule with a salary of £22,500 to £23,500 (actual salary). The position is suitable for candidates with experience in SEN, SEMH, or speech and language support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work predominantly with secondary-aged children with autism and associated difficulties.
* Create a positive learning environment and re-engage pupils through 1:1 and small group support.
* Collaborate with the SENCo and Curriculum Deputy to develop and implement support programs.
* Contribute to the pastoral team to promote student well-being and development.
