The Employer

We are working with an established nationwide supplier of heating and energy solutions to the public sector authorities, including social housing regionally and locally. Services focus on energy efficiency, warm safe compliant homes, and improving the quality of life for residents. The organisation supports ongoing qualifications and offers a development path for advancement.


The Role

The responsibilities of the heating engineer are to repair and maintain heating systems within client properties across the Norwich area. Ensure heating and hot water systems are operating efficiently, complete repairs safely and in a timely manner. Update progress, record paperwork, adhere to safety requirements and risk assessments, and comply with stock ordering and auditing processes.


Qualifications

* CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1
* DBS check required before employment is offered and confirmed
* Friendly, professional, capable of building rapport with clients and tenants, willing to work rota out of hours
