Join this highly regarded Real Estate department known for its involvement in some of the most significant and high-value property transactions across the Highlands.
The team advises a broad and growing client base, including developers, investors, energy companies and public sector bodies.
In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of commercial property matters, from leasing, securities, portfolio management, title diligence and much more.
From day one, you’ll work alongside supportive and experienced senior lawyers who are committed to helping you build confidence, technical expertise and commercial awareness.
You’ll be encouraged to take on early responsibility, contribute to client relationships and develop your understanding of the market, all within a collaborative and genuinely approachable team environment.
Your Experience
* You are due to qualify in 2025 or be an NQ solicitor in Scotland, with some Real Estate experience.
* Strong technical skills, attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and colleagues
* A genuine interest in commercial property law and building long-term relationships in the sector
