Salary: Up to £65,000 base + £65,000 OTE (uncapped)

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow revenue and margin within the education sector.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with schools, academies, trusts, and education bodies.
* Design and present compelling technology proposals tailored to client needs.
* Collaborate across internal teams to ensure seamless delivery from lead to contract.
* Negotiate contracts and optimise resource allocation to maximise profitability.
* Represent the organisation at events, trade shows, and in industry forums.
About You
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the education or edtech space.
* Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building lasting client relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tech solutions simply.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts.
* Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Motivated, results-focused, and collaborative in nature.
Ideal Qualifications
* Degree in a relevant discipline (Master's or MBA preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a business development role, ideally in education or technology.
* In-depth understanding of digital learning, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network services in the education sector.
