Learning Support Worker – Primary School (CF63)
Are you an experienced and passionate Learning Support Worker looking for your next role after Easter? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a dedicated individual to support pupils within a welcoming primary school in the CF63 area.
Role Details:
* Location: CF63
* Start Date: After Easter
* Pay: £92 per day
* Contract: Full-time, ongoing

The Role:
You will be working closely with class teachers to support pupils across the school, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. This may include working 1:1 with pupils, supporting small groups, and assisting with classroom activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide classroom support across a range of year groups
* Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Support children with additional learning needs where required
* Assist the teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
* Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A patient, proactive and nurturing approach
* Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
