Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Hemel Hempstead Business Park (You'll need a car - free parking provided!)
Salary: £25K - £29K
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm (Hybrid – work from home on Fridays)
Contract: Permanent, full-time

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring orders are processed smoothly, customers are supported brilliantly, and everything behind the scenes is running like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing B2B and B2C sales orders across global platforms (Amazon, eBay, Macy’s, Target, Costco – training provided)
* Creating invoices, credit notes and uploading to customer portals
* Coordinating with UK & US logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch
* Helping manage key retail accounts
* Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists, and export documentation
* Handling customer service queries (email and phone)
* Coordinating courier collections and sample orders
* Preparing for sales meetings (gathering samples, arranging refreshments, etc.)
* Supporting sales teams with exhibitions and demo stock management
* Keeping product and logistics documentation accurate and up to date

Requirements
* Proven experience within an Administrative role or Sales Support
* Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A team player who’s happy to help out and thrives in a fast-paced environment
