The Role

What You’ll Do

* Foster a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes and nurturing talent.
* Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining high standards in food preparation and team skills.
* Maintain spotless food, health, and safety standards; understand financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* Build a coaching culture within your team, collaborating with the Head Chef on recruitment and development.
* Think proactively to solve problems and make quick decisions.

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills with a caring and considerate approach.
* Proven ability to maintain high standards in food safety and hygiene.
