Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a National Account Manager - Driving & High Street to be based within the UK.
The Driving & High Street National Account Manager is responsible for achievement of volume, profit, and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider Red Bull business including Category, Logistics, Field Sales, Finance & Brand and Marketing teams. You'll manage the complexity of customers trading both from a direct and indirect perspective and work with the team to ensure commercial planning is robust around Price, Range, Distribution, Promotions, Activation, and New Product Development.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. Achievement of agreed growth plans by account
Deliver growth targets that are driven by business plans that are aligned and relevant to your customers and Red Bull priorities. Evaluation of activity within account with learnings applied.
2. Forecasting and development
Forecast, drive growth and track development of all relevant accounts to make well-informed, accurate, and timely business decisions. Ensure accurate forecasts of volume, profit, and point of sale material.
3. Customer Contact Strategy
Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress. Conduct timely meetings with contacts to develop overall business plans. Initiate and follow up on top-to-top meetings with selected customers.
4. Red Bull Contact Strategy
Build and maintain internal contact strategy to meet overall account KPIs; including field sales, category, logistics, finance, brand, consumer & sports.
5. Category Expertise
Become an expert in category, consumer, and customer insights, covering both your customer base and Red Bull. Make positive decisions based on insights, both sought and made available. Work closely with internal category contacts.
6. Lead, Manage & Coach
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing NAEs working across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
7. Brand Advocate
Represent and advocate for the Red Bull brand to your customers, the trade, and internally, reflecting brand values to enhance brand perception at all times.
