Overview
We are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Accounts Senior based in Ayrshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Accountant to join a fast growing friendly firm with an outstanding reputation.
The main duties:
* The role involves managing a varied portfolio of clients
* Being responsible for all aspects of client service including year-end accounts, management accounts
* VAT Returns,
* Corporation and personal tax
* Supervise work of other staff members
* Working closely with the management team to organise and plan the workflow and other day to day operations
The main requirements:
* Previous Accounts experience within an Accountancy Practice is essential
* Great tax knowledge.
* Knowledge of software systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience with Xero, QuickBooks & sage would be preferred
* Good team player
