We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to join a fast-growing FMCG business based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with two dynamic snack brands that are making their mark in the market. This is a field-based position where you’ll be the face of the brand, building strong relationships with independent retailers, gyms, health food stores, and more.

The role of Field Sales Manager involves:
* Visiting independent retailers, gyms, forecourts, and health food stores across London.
* Building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
* Driving product visibility, availability, and distribution across your area.
* Educating clients on new products and brand updates.
* Creating and following structured weekly journey plans.
* Submitting field activity reports and keeping track of sales performance.
* Owning your patch and being accountable for your targets.
* Rolling out store activations and supporting local marketing campaigns.
For the Field Sales Manager role, you need:
* Previous experience in sales, business development or partnerships role
* Experience working for a FMCG brand ideally food or snacks brand
* A passion for growing brands and hitting commercial goals.
* Excellent people skills and a self-motivated mindset.
As the Field Sales Manager, you’ll get:
