Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced aerospace supply chain with a growing order book? We are seeking a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) Inspector to join the Quality team and play a key role in ensuring quality compliance in manufacturing.

About the Role:
As a First Article Inspector, you will be responsible for:
* Preparing and managing FAIR files and folder structures following a detailed process manual
* Submitting FAIR reports to clients or uploading them to portals
* Collaborating with management to meet client requirements and deadlines
* Tracking and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the FAIR process
* Engaging in continuous learning and best practice training
* Working closely with internal quality teams, clients, and suppliers within the aerospace industry

Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries in a FAIR collation/submission role
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially aerospace sheet metal and assembly
* Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings and tolerances
* Experience with manual inspection and part measurement
* Proficiency in FAIR collation, review, approval, and submission (e.g., AS9102, Net-Inspect)
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and document management tools
