* Degree in a relevant teaching subject (SEN background desirable)
* QTS/QTLS qualified or willing to work towards it
* Minimum Grade C/4 in English, Math's, and Science
* Experience working with young people in a school setting
* Understanding of alternative provision and SEN
* Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
