This is a split position, with the successful candidate working across a Nurture Group and a Year 6 Intervention class throughout the school day. The role would suit a teacher who is passionate about inclusion, emotional wellbeing, and raising attainment for pupils who need additional support. The school is located in a deprived area and has a strong focus on nurturing relationships, consistency, and high expectations. Senior leaders are supportive, and the school is happy to consider ECTs, making this an excellent developmental opportunity.
