Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are supporting our Client with their requirement for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing the Purchase Ledger function
* Ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
* PO processing
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Cashflow forecasting
* Bank reconciliations
* Improving and documenting processes and procedures
* Assisting with month end and adhoc reporting
You will have the following skills and attributes:
* At least 3 years’ recent experience working within a Senior Purchase Ledger capacity
* A proven ability to train, guide and mentor more junior team members
* Excellent attention to detail and levels of accuracy
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
* Excellent MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
