We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to take the lead on PPC and paid social strategy for some of the UK’s most ambitious retail and e-commerce brands.

What you’ll do
* Lead the strategy and execution of integrated PPC and paid social campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok and other platforms
* Manage budgets across channels, ensuring spend is optimised to meet client KPIs and retail sales goals
* Oversee campaign setup, optimisation, and testing across both search and paid social
* Translate performance data into insights and clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
* Partner with retail and e-commerce clients to align paid media activity with wider commercial objectives
* Mentor and support junior team members, building confidence in both PPC and paid social best practices
* Stay ahead of industry and platform updates, ensuring our retail campaigns remain competitive
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns at scale, ideally in retail or e-commerce
* Proven ability to develop strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign optimisation
* Confident with tools and platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
* Analytical mindset, with the ability to connect data to client performance and business outcomes
* Experience leading accounts, projects, or teams within a fast-paced paid media environment
* A collaborative communicator who can explain PPC and paid social performance to senior clients and colleagues alike
