The Role
This position will lead the brand’s performance marketing activity across digital channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, and display. The role involves planning, executing, and optimising campaigns with the goal of driving online sales and maintaining return on investment. Working closely with internal teams, the successful candidate will oversee day-to-day channel performance, manage budgets, and produce regular reports to support data-driven decision-making.
The Person
We are looking for someone with experience managing performance marketing campaigns in a retail or eCommerce environment. You should be comfortable working with data, confident using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, and capable of managing multiple channels simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, a methodical approach, and the ability to communicate clearly with different teams are all important. An interest in equestrian products or lifestyle would be helpful but is not essential.
