We're looking for an experienced Senior Gardener to join our growing team, maintaining and developing high-quality private gardens across Surrey and Sussex.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong horticultural knowledge who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is confident leading garden maintenance visits and supporting junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and carry out garden maintenance to a high standard
• Pruning, planting, lawn care, hedge cutting, and seasonal garden work
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Assist with planting schemes, turfing, and soft landscaping projects
• Ensure tools, machinery, and vehicles are maintained and cared for
• Work safely and professionally at all times

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 4 years' professional gardening or landscaping experience
• Strong plant knowledge and practical horticultural skills
