Summary: We are seeking an experienced and passionate SHE Trainer to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment for apprentices enrolled in the Level 3 Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Technician apprenticeship standard. This role is crucial in developing learners' knowledge, skills, and behaviors to meet the standard and prepare them for successful End-Point Assessment (EPA). Your expertise in health, safety, and environmental management will significantly contribute to the success of our training programs and the future careers of our apprentices. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for Level 3 SHE Technician apprentices. Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Develop and update training materials to ensure alignment with current industry standards and practices. Support apprentices in preparing for their End-Point Assessment (EPA) through targeted coaching and mentoring. Collaborate with industry stakeholders to ensure training relevance and effectiveness. Maintain accurate records of learner progress and training outcomes. Participate in continuous professional development to stay current with SHE practices and training methodologies. Qualifications: A relevant qualification in Health, Safety, and Environmental Management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH). Experience in coaching or training within a workplace or educational setting. Strong understanding of the Level 3 SHE Technician apprenticeship standard. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for training delivery.
