JamesGeorgeRecruitmenthavepartneredwithahighlysuccessfulAssetFinanceHouse,thatisstrengtheningtheirCollectionsandRecoveriesteam.WearelookingforaRecoveriesManagerwhowillprovideleadershipandmanagementtoasmallteamofRecoveriesAccountManagersandaTeamLeader.
Keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:
* WorkingcloselywiththeHeadofCollectionstodevelop,implementandcontinuouslyrefinethecollectionsstrategiesintheRecoveriesteamandinalignmentwithbusinessgoals.
* Lead,mentorandinspireateamofRecoveryAccountManagers,fosteringacultureofhighperformance,collaborationandprofessionalgrowth.
* Monitorandmanagedelinquencyrates,creditlosses,andrecoveryrates,withinsetKPIs,identifyingemergingtrendsandimplementingproactivemeasurestomitigaterisks.
* Continuouslyimprovecollectionsprocesses,workflows,andtoolstoenhanceefficiencywhilemaintainingcompliancewithregulatoryguidelines.
* Collaboratecloselywithcrossfunctionalteams,includingCredit,Legal,Compliance,CustomerServicesandSales,toaligncollectionsstrategiesandshareinsightsforcomprehensiveriskmanagement.
* Overseerelationshipswithexternalcollectionsagenciesandserviceproviders,ensuringrobustcontractsareinplaceandvendorperformancealignswiththebanksexpectationsandgoals.
* ProvideregularupdatestoHeadofCollectionsandSeniorManagementonPortfolioPerformance,CollectionsMetrics,KeyInitiativesandpotentialareasofconcern.
