Job Summary

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. From managing schedules and handling correspondence to supporting bookkeeping and document preparation, your contribution will help maintain an efficient and professional workplace. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee day‑to‑day office operations to maintain an organised and efficient workspace
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain up‑to‑date records
* Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Manage team schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Maintain electronic and paper‑based filing systems for easy information retrieval
* Process invoices and support basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
* Provide clerical support including typing, photocopying, and scanning
* Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance productivity


Required Skills and Qualifications

* Previous office experience is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Accurate typing skills for data entry tasks
* Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous
* Prior clerical experience is beneficial
