Salary: £35,000 basic + realistic £35,000–£45,000 OTE

The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a growing shipping and logistics company in Wellingborough that’s looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive.

This role is perfect if you’re looking to start your career in sales. You don’t need previous experience – you’ll receive full training and support to help you succeed. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

From day one, you’ll be given responsibility and the opportunity to develop into a confident sales professional.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Reaching out to potential new customers (full training provided)
* Building relationships with businesses and understanding their needs
* Supporting the sales process from first contact through to closing deals
* Learning how to present tailored logistics solutions
* Keeping track of your progress and activity
* Working closely with experienced team members to deliver great service


What We’re Looking For

* A confident communicator (verbal and written)
* Friendly and personable with a natural ability to build rapport
* Motivated and eager to start a career in sales
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Organised and able to manage your time effectively
* A driving licence is helpful but not essential
