TREASURY ASSISTANT (PART-TIME) £17,675 per annum Hybrid role with both office and home-working This is an exciting opportunity to join our Head Office team. This role will support the Financial Accountant in ensuring both Treasury responsibilities within the Finance team are completed to the correct standard and to strict deadlines. Key tasks include (but are not limited to) posting bank related journals, reconciling bank accounts, intercompany reconciliations, raising one off payments, monitoring all banking and card acquiring related charges, maintain daily cashflow forecast, interest and deferred fees period calculations and related journals. The role will also include Treasury related project/ad-hoc work. The successful candidate for this role will be a competent user of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and have the ability to communicate confidently and effectively. Previous experience of working in a busy finance function is essential for the role. HOURS OF WORK You will be contracted to work 110 hours per 4-week period (27.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm. Please note, this role will be hybrid with a mixture of office-based and home-working.
