Location: Uxbridge, London (Fully-Office Based Role)

Key Responsibilities
* Tendering & Strategic Sourcing
* Lead the full tender process (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements alignment, documentation preparation, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and final award.
* Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to enhance cost competitiveness, reduce risk, and improve supplier performance.
* Lead commercial contract negotiations, collaborate with Legal on contract review, and ensure timely contract execution.
* Supplier Management
* Maintain and update the supplier database and support the development of a preferred/strategic supplier framework.
* Build and manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, conduct regular business reviews, and resolve operational or commercial issues.
* Procurement Operations
* Accurately manage PR, PO, contract, and goods acceptance processes in internal procurement systems, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
* Support budgeting, cost analysis, supplier reporting, and preparation of management reports.
Requirements
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Minimum 5 years’ procurement or sourcing experience; experience in automotive, marketing/events, or management consulting is an advantage.
* Strong understanding of tendering processes, contract terms, and supplier management methodologies.
* Experience working in UK organisations or multinational companies is preferred.

* Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
