Requirements for SEND Tutors and Teachers:
* Experience: 2+ years in teaching, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD
* Subjects: Proficiency in teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
* Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS)
* Compliance: Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this) and 2+ professional references
* Location: Must be based in the UK with the right to work
* Safeguarding: Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Provide in-person, online, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs
* Support students from KS1 to KS5 by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
* Plan lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress

Employment Status:
* This position involves engaging with us as a Worker, through temporary and fixed-term contracts
* You will work under a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE

Or from a therapeutic and learning support background, such as:
* Learning Support Assistant (LSA) / Teaching Assistant (TA)
* Educational Therapist
* Speech and Language Therapist (SALT)
* Educational Psychologist (EP)
* Inclusion Coordinator
