Role Overview:
1. Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities for KS2 pupils.
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children achieve their learning goals.
3. Assist in creating a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
4. Support pupils with varying needs, ensuring inclusion and progress.
Requirements:
5. Experience working with children in a primary school setting is essential.
6. Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.
7. Strongmunication skills and a caring, patient approach.
8. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
