Overview

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to work as part of the Country House team, assisting with the day to day running of the F&B operation (including weddings and functions), achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency.
You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
Responsibilities
* Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.
* Experience of supervising people and motivating a team.
* Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
Qualifications
You will ideally hold a Food Hygiene qualification and have health and safety experience.
Working hours
This role would be for 37 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
