Assisting with H&S accreditation renewals Tracking projects and ensuring all subtasks are complete on time. Contacting customers and the other stakeholders involved in projects to book appointments, communicate key information and obtain information required. Performing administrative duties in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Making updates to our website. Contributing to the improvement of internal processes as our team grows. Communication – Often the quickest and most effective way to complete your task is to pick up the phone and call a stakeholder, whether that’s a colleague, subcontractor or customer. We are looking for someone who feels comfortable (or is keen to improve their proficiency) doing this and representing the business professionally. Written communication is also important as you will be writing emails both internally and externally. Technology – We are looking for someone who is keen to learn new computer systems. We use a number of different solar design and management tools, in which you will be performingadministrative duties and information gathering activities.
