As we expand our operations, we are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker who can leverage their expertise to drive growth in our deep-sea shipment services.
Key Responsibilities
* Business Development
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the deep-sea shipment sector, focusing on customer needs and market trends.
* Strategic Partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, overseas agents and other key stakeholders to enhance our service offerings.
* Operational Oversight
Manage the end-to-end logistics process for deep-sea shipments, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies.
Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a freight forwarder or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on deep-sea logistics.
* Strong understanding of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and market dynamics.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful business development.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
