We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Educational Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team, working closely with students, staff, and families to support pupils with SEMH/SEN needs through assessments, therapeutic work, and systemic support.
Responsibilities
* Conduct psychological assessments and develop intervention plans
* Deliver direct therapeutic interventions
* Collaborate with staff to promote inclusive practices
* Provide staff training on trauma‑informed approaches and emotional regulation
* Work with parents and external professionals to ensure coordinated care
* Support EHCP processes and contribute to reviews and multi‑agency meetings
Qualifications
Essential criteria include HCPC registration, experience with SEMH children, and strong communication skills. Desirable skills include experience in specialist SEMH settings and therapeutic training.
