Sales Development Representatives (SDR) | Entry into Cybersecurity Consultancy Sales

Cyber risk has moved from the IT department to the boardroom.
Safe Harbour Security is scaling quickly, and we’re building a sales team to match that ambition. We’re looking for hungry, resilient Sales Development Representatives who enjoy opening doors, starting conversations and creating opportunities.

The Role:
Your focus is simple: start conversations and book meetings.
• Prospect organisations through phone, email and LinkedIn
• Identify and qualify potential clients
• Book meetings for our cyber consultants and sales team
• Research target companies and decision makers
• Work closely with the commercial team as we scale
This is a high-energy outbound role where consistency, resilience and confidence matter.
What We’re Looking For:
We care more about attitude than a perfect CV.
You may have experience in:
• Outbound sales
• Lead generation
• Appointment setting
Recruitment or telesales Experience selling penetration testing, ISO 27001 consulting or Governance, Risk and Compliance services is beneficial but not essential.

Location:
Hybrid role based in Northern Ireland (Belfast or Derry/Londonderry offices) with a mix of remote working and team collaboration office days.
Recruitment Process:
Our interview process includes a competency-based interview and a short practical exercise demonstrating how you approach outbound prospecting.
£28k–£35k Dependant On Experience base + commission (On Target Earnings £42k–£50k)
