We are looking for an enthusiastic Sous that has a true passion for great food with a clear focus on presentation and quality service, working closely with the Head Chef to inspire and lead the evolving brigade;
Your Sous Chef responsibilities include :
Create, prepare, cook and present dishes - running your section, leading section(s) and coordinating service with colleagues
. Mindful of wastage, portions, time efficiencies and working with all departments to ensure smooth service
Supporting Head Chef to lead and mentor less experienced colleagues- Working as team to deliver great food to guests in a timely manner
Flexibility to cook and serve on any section to ensure smooth service- great food, every time!
Following Food Safety, and Health & Hygiene regulations at all times, including clear up and cleanliness of section
