Overview
By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework. Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development. By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
Qualifications
* Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
* Excellent understanding of EYFS.
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
* An enhanced DBS check will be required for this role. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
