Job Description
As Facilities Manager, you will oversee service delivery across a multidisciplinary team, including engineering and contractors, while cleaning services are managed separately.
Your ability to lead effectively, maintain high service standards, and ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment will be critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations of office and distribution centre facilities, including maintenance and cleaning
2. Coordinate with service providers and contractors to ensure timely, quality service
3. Implement health and safety policies with regular inspections and risk assessments
4. Oversee budget and control costs for facilities expenses
5. Respond promptly to facilities issues and employee requests
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, service contracts, and compliance documents
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
7. Previous experience in Facilities Manager or FM leadership role
8. Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office and FM software tools
10. Knowledgeable of health and safety regulations and procedures
11. Organised, adaptable, and solution-focused
12. Ideally local with an understanding of mobilisation phase dynamics
