JOB TITLE: Rearrangements Coordinator

The Job
Hyperfast is seeking an experienced Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of programmes across our Rearrangements Department, aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs), role responsibilities, and company objectives.
What Will You Be Doing?
1. Creating and progressing orders through appropriate software platforms (CRM and Arc).
2. Managing shared inboxes.
3. Issuing work to suppliers, updating progress status and trackers.
4. Conducting quality and compliance reviews for all aspects of each order.
5. Performing corrective action reviews to ensure high standards are maintained.
6. Having some understanding of the telecoms industry is advantageous; the role covers aspects within the PIA network but this is not essential.
7. Assisting with analysis of operational practices, reporting, database management, and maintenance of records and documentation to ensure compliance.
8. Promptly identifying, with the Rearrangements Manager, any working constraints that could hinder achievement of objectives.
9. Ensuring effective communication within the team and stakeholders, delivered in a timely and clear manner, with expectations clearly set and met.
10. Welcoming input of new ideas, improvements, and innovations.
What Will You Bring?

* Accuracy and attention to detail for data entry and reporting.
* Ability to prioritize and work effectively within a team.
* Experience with Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint).
* Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
* Previous experience within the telecoms industry and PIA network is advantageous; full training will be provided.
* Willingness to contribute new ideas, improvements, and innovations.
