Role Overview

In this hands‑on role you will set and operate high‑end CNC machinery to manufacture a range of playground equipment. The role includes full training in programming, enabling you to program the machines in the future. You will work alongside other production teams to ensure all products are produced to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC machines to produce bespoke playground equipment.
• Receive and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Maintain and clean machinery and workstation to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in programming CNC machines as part of training.
• Coordinate with other production teams to meet production targets.
• Work overtime and weekend shifts when required.

Work Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Qualifications

• Experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
• Willingness to learn CNC programming.
• Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
