If you thrive on variety and enjoy being at the heart of a busy retail destination, this role will suit you perfectly.What Youll Do:Reporting to the Centre General Manager, youll lead daily facilities operations by ensuring the centre stays safe, clean and efficient, resolving issues quickly with a customerfirst mindset. Youll manage budgets wisely, keeping service charge spend on track and delivering great value for our brand partners. Youll also deliver CAPEX projects from planning through to completion, making sure everything is on time, on spec and within budget.You will oversee key contracts such as cleaning, security and landscaping, maintaining consistently high standards across the centre. Youll champion safety and risk by supporting fire training, drills, firstaid coordination and regulatory compliance. Youll build strong tenant relationships to ensure smooth store openings, exits and refurbishments.
