Finance Manager role (Heat Network)
Keeping homes warm and energy costs fair — this role sits at the heart of a growing residential portfolio. You'll lead the delivery and compliance of communal heating networks, ensuring residents get efficient, transparent, and well-managed services.
Role Overview:
* Location: Hertfordshire (on site every day) - Monday to Friday from 9am until 17:30

What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Managing the full operation of communal heat networks across multiple residential buildings
2. Ensuring accurate billing, fair energy usage allocation, and robust cost reconciliations
3. Tackling arrears and energy debt prevention with a proactive, resident-focused approach
4. Overseeing third-party billing partners to ensure accurate metering, billing and support
5. Keeping all heat services compliant with Ofgem, Heat Trust and industry standards
6. Collaborating with finance, operations, and site teams to solve technical and service issues
7. Leading on customer service for all heat network-related enquiries and complaints
