Commercial Tech Associate/ Senior Associate
Positions available at; 2PQE+, 3PQE+, 6PQE+
Over recent weeks, there has been a noticeable increase in demand from Global Law firms, for experienced Commercial (IT, IP, Tech or Data) Lawyers in London. This is expected to increase into the start of 2026, so now is a great time to see what the market has to offer.
Capio have been instructed by leading Chambers & L500 Ranked Groups seeking additions, offering broad Non-Contentious Commercial roles; with further specialities such as;
* Technology & Software
* AI
* Intellectual Property
* Telecoms
* Data Protection
* TMT
* Energy
These firms have targets of between 1,300 – 1,600 Billables; and are highly regarded for developing their Associates. These positions have been created due to an influx of work, and more pipelined for 2026.
Associate positions are available at 2PQE+; where you will receive ongoing development from Senior Associates & Partners.
Multiple Senior/ Managing Associate positions available 5-10PQE; where you have support from motivated Associates; and guidance/ backing from Partners to progress in these recognised Commercial Groups.
Due to the size, structure & investment – there are no ceilings on progression and development internally, meaning from the outset, the Partners will be transparent about your route to leadership.
Whilst these positions are based in London; we are happy to speak to Associates/ Senior Associates in the Regional offices of Top 50 UK & Global firms, considering relocation.
