Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers
* Arrange test drives and vehicle demonstrations
* Negotiate prices and close sales
* Process sales paperwork and liaise with management
* Process vehicle orders and registration paperwork
* Liaise with suppliers, finance companies, and internal teams
* Maintain accurate sales records and databases
* Prepare and check sales invoices and documents
Requirements / What We’re Looking For
* Strong administrative or office-based experience
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and IT skills
* Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Previous experience in the motor trade is a bonus, but not required
* Previous car sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work weekends and bank holidays
