Key responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve robust HSE policies and procedures tailored to manufacturing operations.
Lead risk assessments and identify process hazards, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
Drive environmental permit compliance, including emissions testing, reporting, and audits.
Deliver engaging and effective training programs for manufacturing teams.
Collaborate across departments to embed HSE into all operational processes.
Promote innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and processes to enhance safety and sustainability.
Maintain accurate and timely environmental and safety records, reporting performance against KPIs.
Liaise with HSE, environmental regulators, and trade associations on compliance and improvement initiatives.
Oversee proper handling, storage and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Champion a continuous improvement mindset in safety culture and environmental stewardship.What you'll need:
