As a Mechanical Supervisor, you’ll work within our Depth Maintenance environment, overseeing detailed aircraft maintenance activity while providing guidance and support to technicians. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll apply your engineering expertise, supervise maintenance tasks, and ensure work is completed safely, compliantly and to the highest standard. You’ll support a skilled team, help develop less experienced colleagues and contribute directly to delivering safe and airworthy aircraft.

This role is full time, working 37.5 hours per week and is based on site at RAF Valley, Wales.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) clearance for this role.
