A Commercial Manager within Balfour Beatty Asset & Technology Solutions is responsible for the financial and commercial management of the business area and associated assets, from inception and tendering to asset disposal. What you'll be doing As a Commercial Manager you will have: Experience of disputes resolution options and techniques (formal and informal). Knowledge and application of legislation and ability to liaise with legal experts. Experience of Preparing estimates & tender submissions including the interpretation of Customer requirements and supplier specifications Financial and contractual interests to your employer and/or Customers in review meetings or the like Knowledge of co-ordinating accounts, production control/planning, supply chain management & procurement techniques, estimating & surveying functions Experience of Managing and reporting any commercial risk and opportunity.
